Our office is based in the popular tourist resort and busy port of Sousse.

We offer a full range of commercial legal services in Tunisia. Our offering is under-pinned by in-depth knowledge of Tunisia and the needs of foreign investors, foreign citizens or holidaymakers.

Indeed, our client base varies from large companies to individuals. In particular, we deal with three groups, one local and two foreign. We also assist companies with all legal formalities relating to setting up business in Tunisia and I am the consulting lawyer for several businesses based here.

Our services also extend to non-residents who may need a lawyer for various reasons especially in cases where they have been a victim of fraud or any other crime; if they have been the perpetrators of a crime; or if they wish to purchase a property. We also draft all contracts and other legal documents in different areas of law.

Other areas of law include civil and commercial litigation, company law and we plead in court for criminal cases.
